In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bbd11" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at bbd11.io, including all games, betting markets, account services, and payment processing systems available therein.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account on bbd11, accesses the platform, or uses any of its services.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

bbd11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on bbd11. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You agree to promptly update this information whenever it changes. bbd11 is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify bbd11 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

KYC Verification: bbd11 conducts identity verification in accordance with its responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. bbd11 may request additional documentation at any time.

All financial transactions on bbd11 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following financial conditions apply to all Players:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.

Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your name. bbd11 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources. bbd11 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

In the event that bbd11 becomes aware of any transaction that appears to be fraudulent, involves stolen funds, or is connected to any criminal activity, bbd11 reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze all funds, and report the matter to the relevant authorities without notice.

bbd11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to both the bonus amount and the deposit amount (where applicable).
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balances. Real-money funds are used first in all gaming transactions; bonus funds are applied thereafter.

bbd11 offers casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, and other gaming products. All games are governed by the rules of the individual game provider in addition to these Terms. In all cases, the outcome determined by bbd11's certified game systems is final.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and hockey are subject to bbd11's sports betting rules. Pre-match odds are valid at the time of bet placement. Live in-play odds are subject to real-time adjustment. bbd11 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error.

Casino Games: All RNG-based casino games use certified random number generation systems provided by accredited studios. All live dealer games are operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other certified providers. Game outcomes are determined exclusively by the game software and are not influenced by bbd11.

bbd11 reserves the right to cancel, void, or suspend any game or betting market at any time due to technical issues, fraud concerns, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, stakes will be returned to Players' accounts.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bbd11 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.

• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or illegal means.
• Using bbd11 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
